MGA Controls ‘Customer Charter’
- The customer is the most important person in our office.
- The customer is not dependant on us; we are dependant on him.
- The customer is not an interruption to our work; he is the purpose of it. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to solve his problem.
- A customer is not someone to argue or match wits with. Nobody ever wins an argument with a customer.
- The customer is a person who brings us wants & needs. It is our job to handle them profitably for them and for ourselves.
- Customers should be made to feel as if they are the most important people in the world to us. Our personal attention to our customers should exceed that of any other competitor.
