Bernard Actuators:

Bernard Actuators been providing solutions for valve and damper automation since 1949 and with over 50 years manufacturing experience and application knowledge, their products can be considered high-quality, innovative and reliable. Their highly acclaimed, large range of actuators, from 45Nm to 100,000Nm, is offered in Quarter turn, Multi turn, Modulating or Failsafe options and is supported by numerous control features such as Integral+, Intelli+, Minigral+, Fieldbus systems and a newly designed Intelli pocket which is a simple data retrieval device

Rotork Actuator

Rotork is the home of the flagship IQPro intelligent electric actuator range. The IQPro features legendary innovations including Rotork’s unique double-sealed enclosure, ‘non-intrusive’ infra-red commissioning, data-logging and predictive maintenance capabilities.

AUMA Actuator:

AUMA is a leading manufacturer of electric actuators. With more than 40 years’ experience in conjunction with continuous innovation their products are always improving and developing at the forefront of the industry. AUMA offers a wide range of actuators which fulfils all the usual requirements of valve automation. Multi-turn actuators from 10 to 32,000 Nm, part-turn actuators from 25 to 360,000 Nm or linear thrust units from 4 to 217 kN.

Electric actuators:

  • Quarter-turn electric actuators used to operate Ball, Plug or Butterfly valves, dampers, vents and any equipment with quarter-turn or part turn travel
  • Multi-turn electric actuators: For mounting on multi-turn valves such as Gate, Plug or Sluice valves, and together with quarter-turn gearboxes, they can operate larger Butterfly and Ball valves plus dampers.
  • Modulating electric actuators: Designed for precise valve positioning and to withstand 100% service. Used for actuating quarter-turn, multi-turn and linear devices. We supply a large range of modulating electric actuators providing Class III, Class II and Class I modulation giving the customer numerous control options, and the highest precision of 0.5%. Modulating actuators are better for fast positioning and continuous movement in both quarter turn and multi turn actuators
  • Failsafe electric actuators: Ensures automatic return of the valve to a safe position if there is an interruption in the power supply.
  • Integral and Integrated controls: Turn-key solution for control of Quarter-turn actuators, Multi-turn actuators and Linear actuators
  • Fieldbus communications :The technology of the Fieldbus enables communication between the actuator and the control system. Transmission of this communication may be achieved on one unique feed and receive line with the addition of an electronic interface card designed for the specific protocol to the users control system. The fieldbus enables access to all Intelligence functions, commands, information data, real time valve and actuator values and activity. Each actuator is provided with a unique address to activate its dedicated system communication facility.
  • Intelligent controls: As the world of technology evolves, the demand for instant information fault diagnosis and intelligent control of process valves, places an increasing load on system operators. The introduction of on-board microprocessors to the conventional actuator, provides dynamic control facilities and preventative maintenance facilities for the user to solve most problems.
  • Specialist designs: We can a supply a range of Electric actuators with specialist designs for more complex applications such as fire protection, nuclear grade, high and low temperature, corrosive environments, hydraulic actuators for multi-turn actuators and offshore applications.
