Control valves are used to control conditions such as flow, temperature, liquid level and pressure by opening or closing due to signals received from controllers.

Wafer Check Valve RSK 500/501

Wafer Check Valve RSK 500 without return spring for vertical pipes.  Flow direction of the medium from bottom to top only.

Wafer Check Valve 501 with return spring for horizontal pipes.  Recommended for use in applications with pulsating flow conditions.

Wafer check valves are medium controlled and flow dependant shut-off devices

Advantages – Made from corrosion resistant materials,  have a return spring (FRSK) made of stainless steel or Hastelloy, high quality sealing elements, simple installation as a wafer type fitting, housing with O-ring so no additional flange seals required, maintenance free design saving space, applicable with vertical or horizontal mounting position.

Flow Media – Neutral and aggressive fluid or gaseous media free of solid particles provided that the valve components coming in to contact with the media are resistant at the operating temperature in accordance to the ASV resistance guide.  BUT contaminated media may impair the sealing function

Ball Check Valve KRV 360

Ideal non return valve for vertical mounting

Applications - Chemical plants, Water treatment, Industrial plants

Utilisation – Check valve permits fluids to flow in one direction only, the valve prevents back flow.

Advantages – Hermetically sealed at low operating pressure, made from corrosion resistant materials, maintenance free design, free of metal so no fluid oxidation.

Flow Media – Neutral and aggressive fluid or gaseous media free of solid particles provided that the valve components coming in to contact with the media are resistant at the operating temperature in accordance to the ASV resistance guide

Aeration Valves

Features - High grade materials for long life – Housing of uPVC, PP, PVDF, Float/ball made of PP, pressure ring made of uPVC, PP or PVDF, spring made of ECTFE (halar) – coated steel, O-ring sealings in FPM

Reliable and low maintenance

Easy fittings of valves to pipe

Aeration and Vent Valve BE 891/991

Function – Aeration and venting pipelines in process plants.  In depressurised state or when a fluid level drops (system pressure below atmospheric pressure) air or protective gas enters the plant via the valve.  When the fluid level rises the air or gas escapes by the same way until the float/ball rises and hermetically seals the upper valve seat.  Due to its function only vertical mounting is possible.

Aeration Valve B 895/995

Vents pipelines, used for aeration of process plants.  When pressure drops, e.g. when a fluid level drops, the float/ball opens against the spring force and atmospheric air or fluid level rises the spring force closes the valve and the float/ball hermetically seals the upper valve seat.  Due to its function only vertical mounting is possible.
