MGA Controls has been working very closely with Norgren, Buschjost, Herion and Watson Smith for over 10 years to supply the market with top of the range Pneumatic equipment, such as Pneumatic Cylinders, Pneumatic Valves and Air service equipment. The Norgren range of Air Service Equipment is known in the industry for its high-quality, flexibility and affordable prices. MGA Control specialises in building pneumatic systems using Norgren equipment. Some examples are given below, however if your application is more demanding, give our technical team a call on (UK) 08444 501123 or (INT) +44 (0)870 803 2001. We are confident, with the support of our long-term partner Norgren, we can specify the most demanding of applications.
MGA specialises in configuring a wide variety of air preparation and control products to meet particular application demands for Machine or Process control. These combinations include the following Air Service equipment:
- Shut-Off Valves

- Filters – General purpose, Coalescing and Vapour removal
- Filter-Regulators
- Lubricators
- Relief Valves – High Flow, Diaphragm Operated
- Soft-Start Valves
- Modular Directional Control Valves
- Coalescing Exhaust Silencers
- Duplex assemblies
Accessories include:
- Brackets
- Gauges
- Pressure Switches
- Tamper Proof Covers
- Remote Fill Devices
- Pressure Drop Indicators
- Transition Connectors
- Silencers
Air preparation boxed sets:
Pulls together in a simple ready to go assembly all of the elements needed for an efficient airline
- Filter – protects equipment from particles which can cause wear and leaks, therefore increasing system life and reducing costs
- Regulator – ensures correct application pressure thus reducing energy costs and saving money
- Lubricator – micro-fog lubricators ensure the best lubrication possible (better then drip-fed lubricators) and extends system life by up to 4 times
- Shut off valve – allow the system to be safely isolated making service and maintenance easy and quick
- Wall-brackets – come pre-assembled meaning the system can be mounted immediately and is provided with adequate support
- Connections – all connections pre-made
Boxed set assemblies with pressure switch features:
Air-line pre-assembled combinations allowing better process control or monitoring – for when it is necessary to know that a system has achieved a given pressure prior to starting or stopping a process, or that a line is pressurised. By using a pressure switch an electrical signal can be given to a devise or controller to enable the next step in the process to begin
Start-up assemblies:
Air-line pre-assembled combinations for preventing start-up damage and incorporating a dump (quick exhaust) function. A rapid system exhaust system is provided to enable the system to be rapidly depressurised under extreme conditions – this is often referred to as an emergency stop function.
Machine control assemblies:
Air-line pre-assembled combinations for preventing start-up damage with a quick exhaust function incorporating a pressure switch for better process control or monitoring. By incorporating a pressure switch the system can achieve higher levels of control by knowing exactly what the process is doing at any time and taking the next action in the process
