Pressure switches are used in numerous applications for control, alarm and shutdown. All Ashcroft pressure switches feature a modular sensing element which can be matched to actuators and enclosures that suit various environmental protection classes or switching functions. Ashcroft pressure switches can handle setpoints up to 3,000 psi.

Pressure Switch

  • Diaphragm operated piston/cylinder
  • Gauge pressure range 25mBar – 210Bar
  • Diaphragm material: Buna, Viton®, Teflon® or All-welded Stainless Steel or All-welded Monel diaphragm
  • Enclosure: Aluminium, Epoxy coated, STST (Also, explosion proof and Intrinsically safe)
  • Switch function: Single or dual setpoint, fixed or adjustable deadband, Single SPDT or Dual SODT contacts

Differential pressure switch

  • Diaphragm operated piston/cylinder
  • Differential pressure range 75mBar – 42Bar
  • Static pressures up top max 140Bar
  • Diaphragm material: Nickel Plated Brass or Epoxy Coated Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel pressure connection and choice of Buna, Viton®, or Teflon® or All-welded Stainless Steel
  • Enclosure: Aluminium, Epoxy coated, STST (Also, explosion proof and Intrinsically safe)
  • Switch function: Single or dual setpoint, fixed or adjustable deadband, Single SPDT or Dual SODT contact

Model Numbers include: B Series B7, D Series D7 D400, T Series T7, G Series GD, L Series LD, P Series PD

Pressure and Differential pressure switches with pneumatic signal:

  • Pneumatic pressure signal: 5/2 way valve (one setpoint) 2-10Bar (optional 1 – 3Bar)
  • Diaphragm material: Buna, Viton®, Teflon® or All-welded Stainless Steel or All-welded Monel diaphragm
  • Enclosure: Aluminium, Epoxy coated

Miniature pressure switches:

  • Gauge pressure from -1 – 140Bar
  • Diaphragm material: STST or Brass
  • Enclosure: STST, Watertight, Explosion proof

Electronic pressure switches
