The Patented Singer model -PFC, Pressure / Flow Control valves employ Singer's model 106-PG or 206-PG main valve. A standard pressure reducing valve is modified with the addition of an orifice plate and pilot actuator. The PFC valve removes the need for electrical controls for 24/7 reduction of mains pressure under low demand conditions while maintaining your critical point during dynamic flow. The PFC pilot can also be retro fitted to any already installed control valve as a simple upgrade .
'Inherent protection against diaphragm failure'
The Patented Singer model -PR-SM pressure reducing valve employs Singer's unique patented model 106- PGM or 206-PGM main valve. These valves have a second and independent operating system superimposed upon the standard primary system.-SM dual diaphragm valve removes the need for two valves back to back for network protection in case of diaphragm rupture or pilot failure and thereby reduces the cost of redundancy. It also offers electrical fault indication, simplifying maintenance through less valves and by notification of the fault condition
