At MGA Controls, we have an extensive range of ISO pneumatic cylinders, from leading manufacturers, Norgren. Our stock of roundline cylinders conform to ISO standards, guaranteeing high quality and a long service life. The range of Norgren ISO pneumatic air cylinders are compact and come complete with a simple and reliable design. The composition of roundline cylinders make them favourable to OEM’s for lighter and lower force duties.

ISO pneumatic cylinders from Norgren are available to purchase in a range of bore and stroke size. With either a single or double acting configuration, these roundline cylinders are suitable for a variety of applications. All ISO pneumatic cylinders are built with general purpose applications in mind, available in either aluminium or stainless steel bodies. ISO pneumatic air cylinders are interchangeable with other components that conform to ISO6432 standards.

A single acting ISO pneumatic cylinder works with the fluid operating on one side of the roundline cylinder only.
A single-acting ISO pneumatic air cylinder relies on a spring in order to push the piston back in the other direction.
Using pressure from the compressed air to create a driving force in one direction and a spring to return to the original position, the single acting roundline cylinder is an ideal component due to reduced air consumption, easy actuation and defined position in the case of a power failure.

A double-acting ISO pneumatic air cylinder works with the media operating on both sides of the piston.
Working in alternate motions in order to create a constant force, double acting roundline cylinders are often used in application where an external force is not available.

Commonly used in steam engines, double acting ISO pneumatic cylinders use the force of air to extend and retract strokes.
Consisting of two ports, one for outstroke and one for instroke, the piston rod is capable of long stroke lengths.
