Durapipe Diaphragm Valves
As leading plastic diaphragm valve manufacturers, Durapipe have a wide range of plastic diaphragms suitable for a plethora of industries. These valves are primarily suited to regulation or on-off operation with dirty or abrasive fluids. Their range of innovative Durapipe valves offer a significant increase in flow rates, due to the optimal design of the body.
Durapipe plastic diaphragm valves are most commonly manufactured with EPDM, FPM or PTFE seals, which are extremely robust elastomers that are capable of handling the most aggressive process media in a variety of demanding applications.
Plastic diaphragm valve manufacturers Durapipe have two core products in their range of diaphragm valves, comprising of Dialock and VM diaphragm valves. Both of these Durapipe valves feature the patented adjustable handwheel, which allows the valve to be adjusted and locked in over 300 positions.
The Dialock Durapipe valves are the most linear diaphragm valves available on the market, utilising a diaphragm rather than a ball to provide extreme accuracy. This specific range of plastic diaphragms is predominately suited to applications that contain sediment or solids in suspension which can pass through the valve easily. Alternatively, the VM diaphragm valves are used for dirty or abrasive fluids.
MGA Controls stocks a range of Durapipe valves, including plastic diaphragms. If you require more information about the different series of Durapipe diaphragm valves, contact us today on 01704 898980 or email@example.com. The team will be more than happy to answer any of your technical questions.
The Dialock® Durapipe valve is available in a wide range of sizes, from ½” / 20mm up to 2½” / 75mm (SuperFLO ABS 2”/63mm only). The valve is fitted with a built in optical positioning indicator, displaying the opening position of the valve.
Available in either EPDM, FPM or PTFE, the plastic diaphragm valves can be used in a wide range of hazardous applications. The Durapipe valve also features self-branding, which is an optical transparent module that can be used for self-branding.
The VM valve from plastic diaphragm valve manufacturers Durapipe is operated by an adjustable handwheel, accompanied by a rising spindle extension to indicate valve position. The size of these valves can vary and they are available in any size between 3”/90mm and 4”/110mm.
The VM Durapipe valve also features a rising spindle extension which indicates valve position. These valves are ideal for applications involving dirty or abrasive fluids, lessening the chance of fluid contamination and accumulation deposits.
