As part of our commitment, we have implemented the following measures:

3. Supplier Code of Conduct:

We have established a Supplier Code of Conduct that outlines our expectations regarding labor practices, including the prohibition of forced labor, child labor,
and other forms of exploitation. We require all suppliers to adhere to this code as a condition of doing business with us.

4. Employee Training:

We provide training to our employees on identifying and reporting signs of modern slavery and human trafficking. This training helps raise awareness and ensures that our employees are equipped to respond appropriately to any concerns that may arise.

5. Reporting Mechanisms:

We have established reporting mechanisms that allow employees and stakeholders to report any suspicions or concerns regarding modern slavery and human trafficking. Reports are thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action is taken ni response.

6. Review and Monitoring:

We regularly review and monitor our policies, procedures, and supply chains to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our own ethical
standards. We are committed to continuously improving our efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking.

This statement has been approved by the Managing Director and wil be reviewed annually to
ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
