WHAT DELIVERY TIME CAN I EXPECT FOR ITEMS IN STOCK ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Items in stock will be dispatched as soon as possible, but please allow 48 hours from order placement before contacting us. As soon as the goods are dispatched, you will receive an order completion email through our webstore. For UK shipments, we offer a next day shipping service, so your order should be received the next business day after our dispatch.
If we have sold out of the item you have ordered, you will be contacted by our sales team with an estimated delivery time.
I’VE ORDERED AN ITEM, BUT I NEED TO RETURN IT. WHO SHOULD I CALL?
In fulfilling your order, we trust that we have interpreted your requirements acurately and therefore hope you will not have a need to return goods to us. However, just in case something isn’t quite right, please contact our returns department on email@example.com or 01704 898980
Providing the request for return falls inside our standard returns procedure, we will issue a returns number to you, which will allow us to match everything up when the goods arrive back to our warehouse.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Once you have a returns number, you can return your goods by using a courier service of your choice. Providing the goods arrive at our premises unused and in the condition supplied, your return will be investigated. If the goods have been used, damaged or tampered with, we will be unable to accept your return.
In choosing your courier, please ensure you can obtain proof of delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for items that have not been received by our warehouse. Please keep your proof of postage or return receipt for reference. If 14 days have passed since the original delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?
MGA Controls is a UK company and all our prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). If you are paying by credit/debit card your payment will be charged in pounds sterling. Your bank will convert the amount back to your local currency, and current exchange rates will determine the amount you are charged.
DO CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLY?
Certain countries outside the EU apply import duties from customs. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
DO ORDERS SENT OVERSEAS HAVE VAT APPLIED?
If you are within the European Union you will pay VAT. Any VAT will be deducted from orders sent to locations outside of the EU
