Lubricators
Reduces maintenance requirements and increases the product life cycle.
Lubricators are a key component of Air Preparation assemblies and are often the last port of call before the compressed air continues it’s journey through the system. In order for complex machinery to work effectively, compressed air must be of high quality and completely free of water and other particles, but must also be lubricated to prevent any pressure loss due to friction.
Lubricators operate by dispensing a small amount of lubrication oil into the air flow, which then allows any equipment or instrumentation to work to its full potential. This process also reduces maintenance requirements and increases product life cycle.
MGA Controls Ltd are partners with IMI Norgren, a World leading manufacturer of Lubricators and other Air Preparation components. Their products are interchangeable and compatible with other components and are also available in pre-assembled Combination Box Sets, or FRL’s.
