EB Series - Orbinox Electrically Actuated Bi-Directional Wafer Pattern Knife Gate Valve (Copy)

The Orbinox Electrically Actuated, Wafer Pattern, Bi-Directional, Full Ported, Cavity Free Knife Gate Valve. Semi-Lugged with PN16 Flange Alignment and 114mm Face-to-Face to EN 558-1 Series 20, this model has a Rising Stem, F10 ISO Pad & Bare Stem and Gate Guards (in accordance with EU Safety Standards) for Electric Actuation. Typically used for Isolation applications, its precision machined 'monoblock' body, fully guided polished Stainless Steel gate and unique patented, Nitrile resilient seat design with a metallic core, ensures a Non-Clog performance and secure bi-directional shut-off at 5 Bar MWP. Suitable for a media of suspended solids, including raw sewage, sludges and slurries. Specified for the UK Water Industry, the compact Yoke and Body are Epoxy coated for longterm corrosion resistance and the valve is manufactured in compliance with WIMES 8.09i1, PED and ATEX (subject to conformity assessment).
