The BL72-205GA from IMI Norgren is a combination Filter Regulator Lubricator from Norgren, otherwise known as an FRL. It consists of a Filter/Regulator, a Lubricator and associated mounting brackets, but are also commonly supplied with other items such as 3/2 Shut Off Valves and Pressure Switches. Available in size 1/4″ BSP and operating between temperatures -20°C to +50°C.
