NGF High Performance Ring Disc Nozzle Check Valve

The Noreva Non-Slam NGF Nozzle Check Valve is designed with low weight Ring Disc, Diffuser, multiple Spring design and friction-free Radial Guide Assembly, Metal to Metal seat, long Pattern Face to Face dimension and up to 16 Bar MWP. The valve design includes a twin turbulent-free, aerodynamic flow path and multiple Spring torque options. A wider, split body design achieves maximum head loss recovery, higher flow rates and efficiencies so each valve is optimised for exceptionally Low Head Loss with a Fast Closing, Non-Slam and Flutter-Free performance. With a Metal to Metal seat, no elastomers, no wearing parts and a WRAS approved Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating, the design is Maintenance Free and suitable for buried service. Specified for Potable Water Service in the UK Water Industry, it is compliant to WIMES 8.09i1 and DWI Regulation 31(4)(b).

Although all types of Noreva Nozzle Check Valves are available with a WRAS approved, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated Ductile Iron body and 316 Stainless Steel internals, the NGF range of Nozzle Check Valves are specifically designed for Potable Water service and meet all the relevant UK Water Industry standards. Typically, the NGF range is only available with Flange Connections and Pressure Ratings PN10 & PN16 and with limited material variations restricted to Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel & 316 Stainless Steel.
