ZBF Short Pattern Solid Disc Nozzle Check Valve

The Noreva Non-Slam ZBF Nozzle Check Valve is designed with Solid Disc, Diffuser, Metal to Metal seat, Short Pattern Face to Face dimension and up to 400 Bar MWP. The valve design includes a turbulent-free aerodynamic flow path and multiple Spring torque options. Each valve is optimised for very Low Head Loss with a Fast Closing, Non-Slam and Flutter-Free performance. With a Metal to Metal seat, no elastomers, no wearing parts and a WRAS approved Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating, the design is Maintenance Free and suitable for buried service. Specified for Potable Water Service in the UK Water Industry, it is compliant to WIMES 8.09i1 and DWI Regulation 31(4)(b).

Although all types of Noreva Nozzle Check Valves are available with a WRAS approved, Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated Ductile Iron body and 316 Stainless Steel internals, the ZBF range of Nozzle Check Valves are available with a range of material variations, Flange Connections and Pressure Ratings up to PN400.
