Kai graduated from Edge Hill University with a First Class Honours degree in Business and Management with Marketing. During his time at university, he gained valuable leadership experience as the manager of a local bar and restaurant, where he honed his skills in customer service and team management.
Following his studies, Kai moved into the technical sales field, specialising in the hazardous waste industry. His role involved understanding complex customer needs and delivering tailored solutions, which sparked his passion for sales and business development.
Seeking new opportunities, Kai joined MGA Controls as a Key Account Manager, where he focuses on the process industry. In his current role, Kai leverages his technical sales background to provide cost-effective solutions to his clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his ability to build strong client relationships have made him a valuable asset to the MGA Controls team.
Outside of work, Kai enjoys hiking and watching Formula One. He is also half Welsh.
