Kate joined MGA Controls in August 2023 as a Business Administration Apprentice, having just completed her A-levels. She took a deliberate change of direction into the world of business administration and quickly proved her worth, covering all aspects of order processing for the process and water teams.
Following the successful completion of her apprenticeship, Kate moved into a supply chain assistant role before progressing to her current position as Business Support Team Leader — a well-earned step forward from the apprentice who walked through the door just a couple of years ago.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family, evening walks with her dogs, listening to music, and drawing.
