Tilted Disc Check Valves

Tilted Disc Check Valves are very high performance check valves, designed for applications that display very high flow characteristics. The Tilted Disc allows a flow area that is 40% greater than the nominal bore of the pipe. As a result, Tilted Disc Check Valves offer both low head losses and excellent non-slam performance.
Tilted Disc Check Valves are available in a wide range of sizes from 3″ to 48″ with a variety of flange options to suit ANSI 125, 150 or 250 classes. Thanks to their energy saving design, they are believed to be the highest performing, but cost effective check valve on the market today.
The Tilted Disc Check Valve is ideal for almost any application such as potable water, raw water, wastewater treatment, sea water, irrigation, abrasive slurries, corrosive chemicals, desalinations, fire protection, mining and industrial applications. Thanks to their large flow area, they are also suitable for fluids that contain a degree of suspended solids.
