AVCO 500 DM Series Industrial Ball Valve

The AVCO 500 series industrial ball valve is an economy 3-piece ball valve in cast 316 stainless steel (CF8M). It is available with NPT or socket weld ends in sizes ¼” through 4” and up to 1000 WOG pressure. These valves are available with a locking lever handle with or without a direct mounting pad.

AVCO 500 Series Sanitary Ball Valve

The AVCO 500 series sanitary ball valve is an economy 3-piece ball valve in cast 316 stainless steel. It is available with clamp and extended butt weld tube ends in sizes ¼” through 4” and up to 1000 WOG pressure. Available with a locking lever handle with or without a direct mounting pad. The direct mounting version has an ISO 5211 mount pad, which allows an actuator to be mounted directly without the need for brackets or couplers, thus resulting in a much more compact package.

As with most AVCO ball valves, this valve is available from stock and can be supplied as a complete package with a pneumatic or electric actuator. Find out more…

AVCO 1100 Series Ball Valve

The AVCO 1100 series ball valve is a high performance and high-quality Ball Valve. The 3-piece design gives great flexibility for butt weld, socket weld, NPT, BSP and flanged ends up to ANSI class 600 or 2000 WOG. It is designed in-house to meet or exceed ASME B16.34 and fully tested to API 598. The material construction of the valve is stainless steel, carbon steel and various alloys including Hastelloy, Alloy 20, Monel and Inconel. The floating full port ball lies between seats encapsulated in metal retainer rings. The encapsulation of the seat also gives an option for fire-safe trim that meets API 607.

Seats are available to satisfy harsh environments and high-temperature applications. Whether for use in the oil, gas, chemical or steam industry, this valve will deliver performance, quality and ease of use. Find out more…
